YIN YOGA

A slow-paced yoga with poses held for at least 45 seconds, ‘yin’ is designed to complement ‘yang’ (high energy) workouts. Yin yoga calms the body and quiets the mind.

TAICHI

Taichi is often described as “meditation in motion” as this mind-body practice creates movements while keeping muscles relaxed rather than tensed. Taichi boosts muscular strength, flexibility and balance.

PILATES

Using Principles of ‘Control, Centering, Flow, Precision and Breathing’ as the basis of this body conditioning workout, Pilates puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment. Improve coordination, muscular endurance and strength.
